Due to ongoing customs related difficulties in posting passports from the UK to EU, we can now accept ONLINE ownership registration for UK RESIDENTS. **When using this online option, DO NOT post the passport to us, so please ignore any reference on the declaration form or confirmation email, requesting you to do so.** To complete this process:

2. When you receive the payment confirmation email, reply to that email outlining how you acquired the animal and attach copies of the passport pages we need to verify:
   • Ownership Record
   • Registration Details
   • Medicinal Treatment (food chain status)
3. Complete this form: online declaration form

Your existing intact passport can be reproduced to the current EU format. The old passport must be surrendered and a fresh reprinted version sent to you. • Make this online prepayment when you are about to post in hardcopy application form and passport. • You must also be the registered owner of the equine and this can be done at the same time. • Return by recorded delivery is compulsory for destinations outside of Ireland and this will be added on as you progress through the checkout. • Online payment is the only payment option available to residents outside of Ireland.
